- She is great at problem solving. For example, she suggested we use the fall bracelet on a patient's family member to identify who can come visit our "not for publication" patient. This worked and it is suggested we get a specific bracelet for this purpose. As very close next of kin are sometimes allowed to visit the NFP patients, if said patient is NFP for their own protection or protection of staff.

- Bianca is an outstanding nurse and team player. She is an excellent patient advocate and goes the extra mile for her patients. She is one of the most effective team players in our unit. I am sad to see her leave our unit. Bianca leaving SICU is a huge loss!
